For centuries the Hebridean people have been collecting and using all manner of seaweeds found on nearby shores to supplement their income and diets.
Our seaweed infused salt uses only the best seaweeds collected and dried right here on our doorstep. The mild peppery taste of the seaweed compliments our sea salt brilliantly and can be used as an all round seasoning in your cooking or at the table.
